1. Definitions

"AxA Agency" (hereinafter "we," "us," or "the Platform") refers to the virtual assistant recruitment and placement service operated at applications.aurivon.network.

"Virtual Assistant" (hereinafter "VA" or "you") refers to any individual who submits an application through the Platform seeking placement with a hiring agency.

"Agency" refers to any vetted, approved third-party organization that acquires VA placement services through the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To apply through the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid, government-issued photo identification document
• Have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable work equipment
• Be legally permitted to perform remote work in your jurisdiction

3. Nature of Services

The Platform serves as an intermediary connecting qualified Virtual Assistants with vetted agencies. Upon placement, you may be assigned tasks including but not limited to:

• Content platform management and subscriber engagement (including OnlyFans)
• Social media account management and growth
• AI-assisted content creation and distribution
• Customer communication and support services
• General administrative and digital tasks

Specific duties, schedules, and compensation will be determined by the hiring agency. AxA Agency facilitates placement only and is not your direct employer.

4. Application & Verification Process

By submitting an application, you agree to provide accurate, truthful information throughout the process. The application includes:

• Personal information (name, age, country of residence)
• Skills assessment (typing test, internet speed evaluation)
• Identity verification via government-issued photo ID and a selfie holding said ID
• A voice recording for communication assessment

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage will result in immediate disqualification and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

5. Identity Verification & Data Handling

Identity verification is a mandatory component of our vetting process. By proceeding with the application, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Your government-issued ID photograph and selfie will be collected solely for the purpose of identity verification
• All identity documents are stored in encrypted, secure storage with access restricted to authorized personnel only
• ID data associated with approved applications will be retained only for the duration of your active placement and deleted upon conclusion
• ID data associated with declined applications will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the decision
• We do not sell, share, or distribute identity documents to any third party beyond the hiring agency where necessary for placement

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

As a Virtual Assistant, you may gain access to sensitive, proprietary, or personal information belonging to agencies and their clients. You agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information encountered during the course of your work
• Refrain from disclosing, reproducing, or distributing any materials, credentials, or data to unauthorized parties
• Return or destroy all confidential materials upon termination of your placement

Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

All Virtual Assistants are expected to:

• Conduct themselves professionally in all interactions
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed-upon timeframes
• Communicate proactively about availability, delays, or issues
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of all parties

8. Compensation

Compensation terms, including rates, payment schedules, and methods, are established directly between the VA and the hiring agency. AxA Agency does not guarantee any specific level of compensation and is not responsible for payment disputes between VAs and agencies.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. AxA Agency reserves the right to:

• Revoke your listing from the Platform at its sole discretion
• Suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms
• Remove your profile if it remains inactive for an extended period

10. Limitation of Liability

AxA Agency provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between VAs and hiring agencies
• Loss of income, data, or opportunity arising from use of the Platform
• Actions or omissions of hiring agencies
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control

11. Modifications

AxA Agency reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via Discord or email where possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
